Michigan Supreme Court: Monaghan Required to Turn Over Personal Notes

On June 12, 2009, the Michigan Supreme Court issued an order in the Safranek v. Monaghan case. The order requires Thomas Monaghan to comply with the trial court's November 14, 2008 order directing Monaghan to produce his personal notes related to any matter involving Ave Maria School of Law and the move to Florida.
