Matt Bowman on Pro-Abortion HHS Nominee Sebelius

Ave Maria Law graduate Matt Bowman has a good article on the recent nomination of "Catholic" pro-abortion Kansas governor Kathleen Sebelius for the head of the Department of Health and Human Services. (Unsurprisingly, Kmiec is leading the charge to label Sebelius "pro-life".)
