Judge Denies Motion for More Definite Statement in Safranek v. Monaghan Case

Today, Judge Melinda Morris of the Washtenaw County Circuit Court held a hearing in the Safranek v. Monaghan case. As you may recall, counsel for Defendants Thomas Monaghan and the Ave Maria Foundation had filed earlier a motion for a more definite statement. At the hearing, Judge Morris denied the motion on the record. Monaghan and the Ave Maria Foundation are now required to file their answer to the complaint, and discovery is scheduled to proceed.
