US News and World Report Law School Rankings: Where Is AMSOL?

Apparently the U.S. News and World Report's law school rankings for 2008 are now out. The magazine should be on newstands now or in the imminent future. The top 100 schools are listed here, and of course, no Ave Maria School of Law. As of this post, the website for the US News and World Report still lists last year's 2007 rankings, though if you're a subscriber, you may have greater access.

When someone gets a copy of the magazine, can you confirm where AMSOL stands? I'm not predicting that AMSOL will claw its way into Tier 3 this year, but hope springs eternal.

Update 1: From the comments, it looks like AMSOL is Tier 4. Interestingly, University of St. Thomas School of Law in Minnesota is (allegedly) Tier 3. St. Thomas is one year younger than AMSOL. Does this mean that this is St. Thomas's first year on the rankings, debuting as a Tier 3? Anyone confirm this?

Update 2: A commenter says that there is a Townhall meeting at the law school with Dean Dobranski over lunch today. If you were in attendance, let us know what happened by posting in the comments.
