Timing of Dean's Last Email

I didn't see anybody else connect these dots, even though I tried albeit in a longish post to lead people to connect them, so I post this thought here.

As the ABA comes this week to do fact finding, didn't anybody else find it at least problematic that the Dean would threaten employees on the eve of the visit?

Can anyone else see this maneuver as a bully-pitched attempt to shock people into losing their candor with the ABA? In other words, am I the only one that suspects that the Dean's email was a possible threat to fire anyone who speaks to the ABA with facts that the Dean doesn't like?

Whistleblower Protection anyone?
