St. Thomas Debuts as Tier 3; AMSoL is still Tier 4

It's been confirmed. The 2008 US News and World Report rankings for law schools are out.

Ave Maria School of Law is Tier 4 for the 2nd year in a row.

For its first year on the rankings, University of St. Thomas School of Law in Minnesota debuts at Tier 3. It also received full ABA accreditation in the fastest time possible like AMSoL.

Any observations about the statististical comparisons between the schools?
