More Thoughts on the Board of Governors

I did an update to my post below, but I wanted to make sure that visitors were aware of this point: Fr. Scanlan is (apparently) no longer on AMSoL's Board of Governors. Faithful Fumare commenters indicate that he resigned a while ago and that he hasn't been involved in Board of Governors activity for some time. That is good news; the criticism directed at the Board of Governors need not be directed at Fr. Scanlan. Fr. Scanlan, thank you for your work in Catholic education, and keep AMSoL in your prayers.

As of this post, the law school's website no longer lists Fr. Scanlan and Fr. Fessio as members of the Board of Governors, so I think it's safe to say that they're no longer on the Board. I have no idea when the website was changed. Can any Fumarist-techies find archived Board of Governors lists, to find out approximately when the website was changed?

Also, when Judge Ryan and Judge Pryor resigned from the Board, the law school gave some kind of notice and/or publicized the resignation letters in some form. Why haven't we heard from the school yet about Fr. Scanlan and Fr. Fessio?
